Overload: A Frustrating End
I’m getting close to the end of Overload’s campaign and it’s hard. Really hard. I don’t mind this, as games are supposed to get more challenging as you progress. There are, however, a couple of strange design decisions that are making the experience a little frustrating.
Overload’s Titanic Difficulty
I’ve been playing through Overload and having an extremely fun time. It’s not perfect by a long shot. The game can get frustrating to play at times. But when you start getting a grip on the mechanics the game can prove to be very rewarding.
Overload: Sphere-Strafing
This week I started playing Overload, a new space shooter from the creators of Descent. As in the original, this game allows you to move through all three dimensions freely. It’s supported by a simple story and interesting combat.
