I kept playing Kingdom: Classic this week in an attempt to see if I could complete the game. I didn’t get that far, but a run I had showed me how to play it better.

Going Back to Kingdom: Classic
I’m back in the default world, so back to playing through my Steam Library once again. I already played the sequel to this game, so it’s interesting to go back to the original and see where it started.
Keeping the King in the Dark
This week, a simple game about growing and expanding a small kingdom. Coated with gorgeous pixel-art, this simple game has more depth to it than you realise. It’s both an adventure in discovering mechanics, and an enjoyable roguelite challenge.
Kathy Rain and Letting Go
Another point-and-click adventure, this one with a more adult and darker theme. A student learns of her grandfather’s death, and on attending his funeral is sucked into a mystery that consumes a small town in America.
Bad North: Jotunn Edition
I find yet another roguelite game (they seem to be the trend so far) in my Steam Library. This time it’s a simple strategy game where you defend your home against Viking invaders. Short and sweet, but there is a little more depth to this game than it first seems.
